I'M Geoff Block

With a Wall Street background in finance and investment, Geoff Block previously held executive responsibilities with Crown Growth Partners. Now based in his hometown of Bluffton, South Carolina, Geoff Block guides RLB Squared, a company managing family portfolios and has a full range of real estate, hedge fund, and traditional equity holdings.

Among the real property investments that Mr. Block oversees are shopping centers, RV parks, assisted-living facilities, and multifamily residential complexes. A recent investment by RLB Squared and The Becker Organization involved the $23.5 million acquisition of a minority interest in the office building Sharp Plaza in Bergen County, New Jersey.

Mr. Block is also the founder of Lowcountry Strong. This nonprofit supports Beaufort and Jasper County residents who were impacted by Hurricane Matthew. Geoff Block’s philanthropic activities extend to his support of Tulane University, where he attended college. His contributions have supported projects such as constructing the state-of-the-art Goldrin/Woldenberg Business Complex and the Yulman Football Stadium.
